    Will I get quality candidates?

    Our Pro & Premium packages offer a screening test for all applicants. For those who pass that assessment, we’ll conduct an initial interview to determine if they’re best fit for the job role. In addition to that, the Premium package includes candidate verification (see below answers for more details).

    Screening job applicants is an important and understated part of choosing the right candidate. If a company rushes through its screening process — or skips it altogether — the negative consequences could outweigh the benefits.

    Screen tests assess a candidate before an initial  interviews to determine their technical competencies or soft skills. This test should be given to all applicants equally to ensure a more accurate and fair hiring process.

    When one needs to decide between two candidates at the final stage of recruitment, or to determine whether the applicant has the skills required for a given vacancy, it is necessary to perform a screening test.

    How do I see screening test results of candidates?

    Yes, we will deliver you all the test results along with CVs in PDF format in to your email inbox every Friday. So you can make better decisions when selecting candidates.

    Why do an initial interview?

    The hiring process can be time-consuming. If the applicant isn’t the right fit, you don’t want to waste your time or the candidate’s time. Sure, you might be able to get your new employee trained and working ASAP. That won’t matter, however, if you later discover they lied or omitted important information during the interview.

    Setting aside the money it will cost to look for a replacement, having a bad hire on your team can also cost you. As frustrated as you may be with having an open position, it will actually be less costly and less stressful in the long term if you let us that messy process taken care of smoothly.

    We will send you CVs in PDF format in to your email inbox every Friday.

    What happen if my job won’t receive any applications?

    It won’t happen usually. But in such case if you receive only less than 10 CVs, we offer two recovery options. Either you can request a refund for that specific job amount. Or we’ll get you covered next time for free for the same package until you’re satisfied. Hope that’s fair enough!

    You’re welcome! There’s no need to upload any CV. Our online application form is a built-in CV generator App. It will automatically create & submit the CV for you. Happy job hunting..

    First you must create an account and log-in. On the bottom section of the job details page, you’ll find the digital application form, proceed with it.

    No, applying for jobs is absolutely free. And there’s no limitations on application submission.

    You will get an email with appropriate instructions. And upon selection, our expert team of HR professionals will handle the rest of your recruitment process.

    What if my CV don’t get selected?

    Hold-on.. don’t cry yet, its not the end of the world. We’ll keep looking for the next best matching job vacancy for your precious CV.
