Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, Malay, English, or any other foreign language.

Ability to thrive under pressure.

Strong team player with a can-do attitude.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Previous experience in a similar field is advantageous.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Follow up with leads via email and SMS, particularly for high-value prospects.

Maintain and update customer information in relevant databases.

Facilitate B2B deals and negotiations.

Compile and submit monthly sales reports with a concise summary.

Monitor and follow up on payments, including installment plans.

 

Remuneration Package:

Commissions exceeding Rs. 50,000.
