Call Center Executive
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
The job will be a sales & customer service based full-time permanent job
Your main role would be to contact potential new advertisers and promote our products, plus offering our additional services to current advertisers
You will also be responsible for managing some of our advertisers’ accounts and advising them on how to improve the quality of their listings
Identify and develop new business opportunities
There will be traveling within Colombo district for client meetings
Qualifications
Previous account management experience
You will need to have a min. 1 year of experience working in a sales role
A proven track record of achieving your sales targets
Excellent customer service skills
You should be an enthusiastic individual who epitomises our ‘can do’ attitude for getting the work done
Be a team player and work as a team for the success of the company
A/L qualified
Ability to work independently and attend meetings on your own representing the company
A technically minded person with good knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office products
Have strong presentation and negotiation skills and can close deals independently
Good communication, written and analytical skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Sinhala
Salary 40,000.00 – 70,000.00
This job will be based at our Colpetty office.
