Call Center Executive - Boralesgamuwa
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and communications across various platforms (calls, messages, online chats).
– Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
– Create and publish engaging content such as posts, videos, shorts, and stories, aligned with current trends.
– Design creative visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Requirements:
– Strong communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Creative design skills with a good understanding of current trends.
– Experience in managing social media content and customer interactions.
Additional Information:
– Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
– Work hours: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
