Call Center Executive - Nugegoda
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential students, provide them with detailed information about our partner universities, and follow up consistently to encourage them to visit our office for further consultation.
About Us: Chance to Success is a leading Foreign Education Consultancy Company, established in 2004. We represent over 35 major government universities in Russia and Vietnam, helping more than 850 students from Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, and the Maldives achieve their international education goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students to inform them about study opportunities in Russia and Vietnam.
Provide accurate and clear information over the phone.
Follow up with students through multiple calls to address any questions or concerns they may have.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and manage follow-up schedules.
Coordinate and encourage student visits to our office for in-depth consultations.
Qualifications:
Over 2 years of experience in a customer service, call center or related field.
A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Strong English and Sinhala communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software.
Excellent telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
