Position: Hindi Call Center Executive
Locations: Colombo 02 and Colombo 05

Job Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls efficiently.
Assist visitors with their queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of visitor concerns.
Update call logs and report any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Hindi is a must.
Willingness to work on a roster basis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills.
Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Salary: USD 350
