The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our services, and converting prospects into customers through outbound calls. **Responsibilities:**

– Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our services and generate leads.- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

 

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
