3. General User Responsibilities

All users must:

  • Use the platform respectfully and lawfully.
  • Refrain from impersonation, spam, or misuse.
  • Protect their login credentials and account access.

4. Additional Terms for Job Seekers

Job seekers agree to:

  • Submit genuine applications and accurate profile data.
  • Upload only relevant documents (e.g., CV, ID).
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications.
  • Accept that employers may view profile details and documents during the application process.

Data collected includes:

First name, last name, birth date, gender, NIC/passport/license ID, district / city / postal address, email, WhatsApp / phone number, education level, website url , social media links, profile photo, and CV document.

5. Additional Terms for Employers

Employers agree to:

  • Post legitimate, non-misleading job listings.
  • Respond professionally to applicants.
  • Avoid discriminatory or unethical hiring practices.
  • Use applicant data solely for recruitment purposes.

Business data collected includes:

Business name, industriy, year established, WhatsApp / phone number, district / city / postal address, email, website url, social media links, logo image,

Each job listing remains active for 21 days unless renewed or archived.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Post false or misleading information.
  • Harass, exploit, or discriminate against others.
  • Attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt platform operations.
  • Use the platform for third-party advertising or agency recruitment unless explicitly permitted.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, compromise platform integrity, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design elements are owned by Laxeye (Pvt) Ltd. Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Hiring decisions or employment outcomes.
  • Third-party interactions initiated through the platform.
  • Technical issues beyond our control.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, legal requirements, or operational policies. When updates occur, we will:
